Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions, along with the Privacy Policy, are applicable to all orders placed by any customer ("you") with Pick A Poppy, (hereinafter referred to as ("we," "us," or "our") ), via Pick A Poppy’s website or mobile website (collectively referred to as the “Website”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms for Purchase and the Privacy Policy.
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service.
Orders can only be placed by individuals who are able to form legally binding contracts, i.e., individuals who are 18 years of age or older and not under guardianship.
The Website is intended for sales to consumers only. By ordering a product on the Website, you represent and warrant that you are ordering the product for personal, non-commercial purposes and that you do not intend to resell the product for commercial purposes.
We reserve the right to revise or amend these Terms for Purchase at any time without prior notice. The Terms for Purchase applicable to your order will be those on the Website at the time you place your order.
If any part of these Terms for Purchase is invalid or otherwise judged to be ineffective by a court or supervisory authority, the remaining terms and conditions shall continue to apply.

Information on the Website

We cannot guarantee that the content of the Website is free from errors or that the information is up to date. We may, at any time, amend the content of the Website and reserve the right to cancel an order prior to dispatch if the information provided, including the price for a product, is incorrect. Upon cancellation of an order, we will notify you by email.
The presentation of a product on the Website does not imply or warrant that such a product is available at all times. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
We make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the products, including their colors. However, the actual color you see will depend on your system configuration, and we cannot guarantee that your computer will accurately display such colors.
All our products are individually handmade, and therefore, a variation in color and patterns will occur, making each product unique. Iimages on the Website might therefore not be an exakt match to the product you receive.
Products available for purchase from the Website are intended for non-commercial use only.

Orders, Deliveries, Prices, and Delivery Charges

When you place an order through the Website, you will receive an order confirmation via email.
To facilitate order delivery, you must provide accurate contact details and a correct delivery address, where delivery can be made during normal working hours from Monday to Friday. Delivery cannot be made to post boxes, as a signature may be required upon receipt.
Once an order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address.
We may not be able to deliver to certain countries or regions, of which you will be informed either when placing an order or afterward.
Upon shipment readiness, you will receive delivery information via email. If your order is not delivered according to the delivery information, please contact the courier’s customer support and provide the tracking number for your delivery. Contact us via email at hello@pickapoppy.com if you have not received a tracking number or if the received tracking number is incorrect.
Although we aim to deliver products within 2-7 working days from the order confirmation, delivery may take longer.
The shipping cost is stated at the checkout and varies depending on your choice of courier.
If you can't find your country in the list, please send us an email at hello@pickapoppy, and we will assist you.
If we cannot fulfill your order, you will be informed as soon as possible. If we have already received payment for such an order, we will refund the amount using the same payment method, if possible. If an alternative refund method is necessary for any reason, we will contact you to arrange the refund.
All prices shown on the site include VAT.
Within the European Union, the UK and Norway orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning that all taxes and duties are included in the final price.
Orders shipped to a delivery address outside the European Union, UK, and Norway may be subject to import charges, customs duties, and taxes, such as VAT, which you are responsible for paying. These charges, duties, and taxes are not included in the prices on this Website, and we are not responsible for collecting or administering them. We advise you to contact your local customs authority for further information before placing an order. Failure to pay such charges, duties, and taxes may result in non-delivery of the ordered products, and we will have no obligation to compensate you for such order or non-delivery.
If an order cannot be fulfilled for any reason for which we are not responsible, such as an incorrect delivery address, the courier's inability to reach you, or non-payment of charges, duties, or taxes (if applicable), we reserve the right to retain the full amount paid for the order if the products are not returned.
The cost for each delivery method is clearly stated at checkout. If we are unable to deliver your order in full and have to send more than one shipment, there is no additional cost for the subsequent deliveries.

Return and Exchange Policy

All returns must be shipped back to us within 30 days after the date of delivery.
Items must be returned in a new and unused state.
Items must be returned with tags attached to them, in their original packaging and protective material.
All the labels need to be left on the goods.
The cost of the exchange is:
Sweden is 79 SEK or 95 SEK (depending on the courier chosen by the customer when placing the order)
For EU and Norway: 15 EUR

If these conditions are not fulfilled, the goods will be sent back, and you will be charged for the shipping and handling.

Complaints

If you want to make a complaint, contact info@pickapoppy.com as soon as the damage is noticed, no later than 7 days after delivery.
When a complaint is made, an investigation of the goods will be started. Before the item will be returned back, you need to show proof of the defect, preferably a picture.
The return of the defective item is made at your own cost.

Governing Law

These terms of use are complied in accordance with Swedish law and the Swedish courts will have exclusive jurisdiction for any dispute under this agreement. The laws of your country may differ from Sweden and there may be additional legal requirements to use this website. You must comply with all applicable local and international laws and regulations regarding your use of our website.

You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
