3 dl water (37°C)
1 dl olive oil
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp sea salt
9 dl flour

150 g blanched sweet almonds
5 egg whites
2 dl granulated sugar
Buttercream:
5 egg yolks
1 dl sugar
1 dl milk or cream
