Shipping policy



Free shipping on orders that meet the equivalent of 1000 SEK, based on the current exchange rate.

For orders under 1000 SEK:

Sweden: From 79 SEK (depending on the chosen delivery method)

Norway: 150 NOK 

Denmark: 95 DKK

United Kingdom: 9 GBP

Rest of EU: 15 EUR

Additional Fees & Customs

  • Orders within the European Union, Norway, and the UK are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

  • Orders shipped outside these regions may be subject to import charges, customs duties, and taxes, which the customer is responsible for paying.

International Shipping:

UK & EU: UPS Standard, 4-8 business days
Scandinavia: UPS Standard, 4-8 business days

Shipping within Sweden and Norway:

  • PostNord MyPack Collect Service Point: 2-5 business days
  • DHL Service Point: 2-5 business days
  • Budbee Home Delivery: 2-5 business days
  • Please note: Delivery to rural addresses might take longer. During and directly after sale periods, there may be slight delays in order processing due to high volumes.

Important Information!

  • Once an order has been placed and confirmed, we are unable to cancel or change it.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be subject to delays due to payment authorization and stock availability.

  • We do not deliver to post office boxes.

  • In the case of a lost or damaged package, please contact our support team at hello@pickapoppy.com, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

 


Frequently Asked Shipping Questions

Can I track my parcel?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.

What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Please contact us immediately at hello@pickapoppy.com, and we will assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.

Can I pick up my order in-store?

Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. All orders are shipped directly from our distribution center.
