Free shipping on orders that meet the equivalent of 1000 SEK, based on the current exchange rate.
For orders under 1000 SEK:
Sweden: From 79 SEK (depending on the chosen delivery method)
Norway: 150 NOK
Denmark: 95 DKK
United Kingdom: 9 GBP
Rest of EU: 15 EUR

Orders within the European Union, Norway, and the UK are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all taxes and duties are included in the final price.

Orders shipped outside these regions may be subject to import charges, customs duties, and taxes, which the customer is responsible for paying.

Scandinavia: UPS Standard, 4-8 business days
Shipping within Sweden and Norway:
- PostNord MyPack Collect Service Point: 2-5 business days
- DHL Service Point: 2-5 business days
- Budbee Home Delivery: 2-5 business days
- Please note: Delivery to rural addresses might take longer. During and directly after sale periods, there may be slight delays in order processing due to high volumes.

Can I track my parcel?
Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package on the carrier's website.
What if my package is lost or damaged during shipping?

Can I pick up my order in-store?
Currently, we do not offer in-store pickup for online orders. All orders are shipped directly from our distribution center.
